    1992 cabrio electrical...where to start!

I hope someone can point me in the right direction...

I have pulled the wires out of the radio slot (no head unit installed) and most of them are aftermarket, but there is a factory plug that goes nowhere, it has 8 round female receptacles, and the wires are primararily blue, yellow, and brown, is this for the factory radio, or something else? Some of the wires have been cut.

Fuse #12 seems to have a short, what does this power?

Windows do not seem to have power, ignition on, and I did check the in console circuit breaker.

Starter does not seem to get power, does anyone know where the relays are? I'm trying to get this off the trailer so I can get it running :D

This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.
