gremlins again

3 AM , after getting the dash and center console back, checking everything back have the following issue:

no turn lights by comb switch

hazard switch on: relay clicking, instrument lights goes on, only right hand (front & rear) lights flashing, only right hand turn indicator light flashes but when comb switch put in left hand, all 4 lights flashing

I removed and reinstall steering wheel, instrument cluster (w/new batteries), center panel

WWWWWW TTTTTTTTT FFFFFFFFF?

I´m about to quit, going back to old chevys

Am I missing something? Advise greatly appreciated
