I would guess, and have been told, all e30 pumps are not the same. I started out with a 84 318i so I figure mine is probaly the weakest. What Fuel pump should I be running with my m50? Which e30 pump that is, I do not want to go into a custom setup if a factory one will work.

The 318 pump is the same as the 325 pump and should be fine. The big split in fuel pumps on E30s is in 1988. Any early car pump will work for you.Adam Fogg- '88 M3

cool thanks, the car ran fine for two weeks bu tnow i am having some trouble somewhere. The thing idles funny, and hesitates so badly it will not rev past 800rpms.Comment
