    analog clock wiring question

i have decided to switch my broken obc out for the analog clock. there are 4 pins on the back of the clock and a bunch of wires to the obc plug. the guy i purchased it from failed to send me the clock plug, so what pin does what? from left to right they are numbered 30
    319
    31
    58k

i'm pretty good with electrical so no one really has to go out of their way with wire colors and such. thanks in advance.

Find an early 318 in a junk yard and clip the harness. Then just match wire colors.

well i checked 7 junk yards within 45 minutes of my house and none of them have one. anyone here have the plug they would be willing to part with? if so let me know the price and i will gladly pay it as long as it's not ridiculous. or back to the first question about the pin assignments.

Contact Greg (M-Technik-3), and he might have some.

Also, try searching for 'analog clock' and see if there are previous threads about hooking one up (I might have posted some information before about it... I can't remember which forum it might have been).

            Re: analog clock wiring question

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but does anybody know the answer to this question? I am trying to wire up my analog clock, and I found the power, ground, and the illumination wires, in the harness to the old OBC, but I don't know which wires to connect them to on the analog clock connector. I've searched, but have not found any helpful info. All I've found is people saying to match colors (only two colors accually match). So, does anybody have an answer to the below question, or have any helpful tips?

              Those are Bosch nrs normally

              and if IIRC

              it's :

              30 : +
              31g : mass for light
              31 : mass
              58k: clusterlight (k= kombiinstrument)

Maybe somebody chime in to confirm my answer

Thank you. what is "mass" though? Does it meen it "ground"? So, I have a power wire (30), ground wire (31), power for the light (58k), and ground for light (31g). Is this correct, or did I interpret it wrong? Thank you for the info.
