    Custom Heated Seat questions...?????

well, Rob and I are in the process or re-upholstering my interior.... he installed the heating elements from some non sports into my new sport seats... the divers side is done now, and in my car, I have never had heated seats hooked up, and dont have any switches or wiring for them. my question is, what would be needed to do to hook these up? i know ill need switches, but is there existing wiring under the dash for plug and play hookup? any insight to the subject would be great. thanks,

    Dan

a harness under the shit boot and one underneath the seat. Put in a fuse to connect it through, and you're golden.

that simple? so all I need are the 2 switches, and 4 wires? (2 from shif boot to switch (1 each seat) and 2 from switch to seat) is this right? thanks guys, i didnt know there was a plug under the shift boot.

#5 is indeed the full wiring harness... I'm pretty sure the plug is there for it.

Not sure where the relay goes, and #9 isn't installed on your car, so no worries.

its the retrofit kit for heated seats....so you can install heated seats on cars that didn't have it factory,

mine did have it from the factory, well, sort of, the car had a non-sports in it, the PO bought another set of non-sports, until about a month ago, i didnt know the 2nd set was heated, so we swapped the heating elements in to my 3'rd set of seats (new sport seats) so the heating elements are factory, well, thanks for all the info!!!
