No speedo good cluster

Alright,

So when I put my car away the speedo worked and it threw no code. Now I took it back out and it's throwing a speed sensor code. I changed the speed sensor with a known working one and it's still throwing the 1234 code.

Does anyone have a bentley and can tell me what the procedure is for checking the circuit?

Found it, the idiot previous owner tried to fix the wire with a crimp connector and it rotted out. Need a new connector.
