    Interior - birds in B-pillar?

I've put up with this for a while now, but it is driving me insane! It sounds like birds chirping whenever the car is moving, it's coming from the B-pillar.

Anyone heard this before, what did you do to make it stop?

    thnx

Remove the cap over the pivot point of your seat belt. Tighten down the 17mm bolt there. Should fix it.

Speaking of the pivot bolt, does anybody have a picture of one? The ones in my 318 are different and I want to purchase some of the later 325 ones if the threads are the same.
      Thanks,
      Ken

Haven't had time to tighten the bolt yet, but on the way to work this morning I locked the belt and pulled really hard but it didn't change the noise at all.
