rattling coming from HVAC vents..?

So, when the HVAC is off, there is no rattling what so ever ..

Once turned on, there is a slight rattling coming from (from what it sounds like) inside the vents...

When I give the car a little gas, the rattling seems to get louder..

Any one encounter this?
Any suggestions?

Sounds like your blower motor fans are hitting something . Tight fit inside the housing. If that is it you need to go in from the firewall panal under the hood. Just a guess. A Curtis
