dies in neutral at stop light

So this shit just started today. I had trouble starting the car this morning since the temp is like -100 outside. the check engine light comes on when I'm trying to keep the idle up to warm the engine. I still have 20w-50 so I thought it might b/c its too thick. Now the car would start fine but kindof buck if I accelerate too fast and die if I'm let the revs down in neutral.

The first thing I'd suspect would be an intake leak.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Check your fuel pressure. This is what happened to me before my fuel pump kicked the bucket. Mine would produce the proper amount of pressure or about 10 psi, alternately, until it died for good.

Does it get better when it warms up? is so its a vac leak most likely.
