Turbo calculator help

Checking out that turbo 2.7 M3 got me to this calculator and curious on how to use it, and read the graph. Somewhere it was explained in the "Disco Potato" SCC magazine....
The larger area of higher efficiency = better?

How much boost can a stock block M20B25 take? Like 10-15psi, somewhere in there?

old stuff, reagrding to the limits of the m20 I think it can handle 18-20 PSI stock with very good tuning!
