US to canada Import inspection for m50 swapped e30?

Anyone have any experience with an import inspection to canada? I know they'll pretty much go after anything they can find that is wrong with the car when you transfer insurance from one province to another. So I'm assuming that importing would be the same, but what would they think of a different engine being in there?

don't draw attention to it and if it isn't obvious or if they are not in the loop they won't even know.

They don't inspect anything when you bring it across the boarder and when you take it to Canadian Tire for inspection they just check to make sure everything is working and safe.

As suggested... don't point out anything and just they won't know any better.
