E30B27 - E30B25 swap...Questions

Hey there...i recently totalled my E30B27 project car but now im ready to get deep and dirty with it ;)

ok Soo i need a new A arm, 2 fenders, late model bumper w/valance.... and new motor with, harness and ECU and 4.10 LSD and i got a line up on all the parts already

Question.....what all is involved in the M20B27 - M20B25 swap? will my 84 325e tranny work? ETC any details would be a huge help...thanks
