    Some Progress of my Custom Intake

    Well, not a BMW but anyways sharing with oyu some of the progress of my Custom Double Ram TB Intake! :)

    as you see still need more work and obviusly finish it by welding the cap or tap.



    I welded those 45° aluminum sheets (kind of ramp) to add btter flow inside the boxes, that means the air won't hit stright below the runners against the walls, wich has some clearance to the floor of the boxes.

                it's for my Jeep, a stroked 4.6L 6 cyl, I'm in the procces of building my custom turbo and I should see arround 500 HP with 15 PSI well tuned!
                but by now only that

                  you should have polished it inside and cleaned the welds up a little bit...

                  but looks good.... post more pics when its installed

                    I took care of it before welding the roof, it's clean and polished/shaved the the welds inside, no problem...will polsih all out side too. by this week I should be adapting it in my rig.....
