Good accessory wire in the engine bay?

So it turns out that my washer power wire is broken somwhere in the harness, and instead of ripping open my engine bay and maybe even breaking more wires, I want to find an accessory wire within the engine bay itself.

I know you can route a wire through the firewall and what not, but I find why, if I can find one closer to the source.

As of now, I have a power wire going directly to the battery terminal, which makes it work, but it powers the lights in my OBC even when the key is out. Only way to turn it off, is if I hold the brake down... :(

    Any recomendations?

You should have a little box (approx 2"x2") next to the main fuse box. Remove the cover and you'll see two fuses. They are auxiliary power on key circuits.

What circuit is it connected to? safe to splice into?

It is a separate circuit. All it is is an accesory fuse box. One circuit comes on with the key; the other is always on. You will have to use a multimeter to figure out which is which. They are safe to tap.
