O-ring on black breather tube, block - intake

Is there anyway i can put the o-rings on the tube without taking off the intake?

I tried to to that, attempted it for 2 hours before saying fuck it and pulling the intake

top yes, bottom no.

the same oring is used top and bottom.

What's the procedure to replace the top o-ring without removing the intake?
Mine leaks...

well if the top one leaks, your bottom one is too...... just replace both
