    strange clutch engagement

The new pressure plate, clutch disk, throw out bearing, and tranny mounts were all succesfully installed and I am driving the car. My problem occurs when I am coming to a stop and am going 3-1mph I hear a funny rattle/shaking noise that feels like its coming from the driveshaft for some reason. I could be wrong on where the noise is coming from. When I am doing this I will have the clutch pedal fully depressed and the transmission will be in 1st gear.
Also, I went out to try and narrow the problem down and I noticed that when I am completely stopped on level ground and in neutral the car will be stationary. When I put it into 1st or any other gear the car will go forward and make the same funny shaking noise again.
I did not flush out the fluid from the slave cylinder when I was finished. Is this my flaw? Is there air in the system and that is whats going on? I also am debating on whether or not I tightened the slave cylinder bolts too tight because I just read that they are supposed to be torqued down to only 7ft/lbs or something like that. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. (sorry for the long story, just wanted to be very descriptive!)

    It's not your slave nuts.

My guess would be the TO bearing, or the clip that holds the arm over the pivot pin.

What hints at the TO bearing? Its new and packed with grease. I couldn't se it being that. Maybe that pin popped off. I'll check that in the morning. Could it be air bubbles in the system though? Thats the one thing that has not been done and was said to do in the Bentley.

If your car is moving forward in any gear with the pedal all the way in then the clutch is not fully disengaged.I had this exact same problem when I redid my entire clutch and did an ALU flywheel install. In my case it was I was sent the wrong flywheel and clutch would not disengage fully. The flywheel was too thick.
Ken is the only one who nailed it by telling me to measure everything. If nothing else is binding measure the thickness of the presure plate, TO Bearing, and clutch disc.too lazy to check but specs are in the bently.

I really hope that I could just bleed everything and it will be ok because I do not want to have to do all this again nor do I really have the time. Shit :x
