    Wacky gas gauge...HELP

I was on a cruz coming back hit and average bump on the freeway and my needle on the gas gauge just started back and forth stopping on 3/4 of a tank. Basically just jumps around put some gas in it about 10 minutes ago..same shit

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

That could be a bad level sensor, a wiring problem, or poor contact where the gas gauge mounts to the main PCB in the cluster. Since vibration seems to have an affect, I'd reflow the solder on the main PCB first.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
