Resistor for blower - Need DIY instructions

    Hi folks!

My blower is not working on 1,2 ,3 and working on 4. Does anyone know where I can find and how to get to the resistor? I have been searching through threads and had no luck. I found one but it was for an e36....

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

its under the blower motor. take the cover off the center of the firewall. pop the plastic cover off the center of the motor. i dont know if you have to take the motor out or not but you'll see it there. dead center on the bottom

you don't have to take the motor out ... just look directly below it and you'll find the resistor pack. just be careful when popping the plastic straps on the cover ( I didn't and broke one off ) ... :D
