    Horn stuck on

So I recently took out my old 4-spoke steering wheel and put in a tech 1. while doing this, I replaced my wiper stalk with a intensive wash stalk. Everything worked fine for about a month until the horn was on all the time. pushing the buttons did nothing it just kept honking.

Some guy a while ago told me that when I was cutting the wires down there I probably cut open the rubber wire covering and the copper is hitting the wheel which is permanently grounding it out. It seemed logical to me so i took everything out and used electrical tape around the whole wiper stalk and nothing. The horn still goes crazy whenever the car is on. So I just took out the fuse.

    what should I do?

You may have a stuck horn relay rather than a problem in the column.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

If you can do without the horn, get under the front bumper and disconnect them. There are two.
