Got a chance to put mine on a scale today. 2550 lbs with about 2/3 tank of fuel and me not in it. I'm pretty happy about that! I know I could still remove quite a bit if I wanted to make it ugly, and I still have carpet and A/C for those 400-mile drives across the desert to the track... I do plan on getting seats eventually, which will be good for another 100lb or so. Oh yeah, 2-door.
What's your car weigh?

My car weighs nothing. And it makes more power at the wheels than it does at the crank.Comment

Not if it is pretty much stock with everything still installed.
I don't know with mine. I suspect it is going to be in the 2600lb range. No carpet, sound tar out of the trunk, race seats, no back seats, no AC, no PS, electric fan only. It's a noisy little bugger. I still need to get the sun roof stuff out and the power window stuff.1987 E30 325is

2750 with a full interior (recaro speeds,) floor mats, 10" JL in the trunk, and stock spare. Things removed are trunk tar (that weighed about 70lbs when I had it all out and in a trash bag) and AC pump/condenser/drier. '90 325is w/ S50/ZF.'89 325is S50 Track Montser
