    my hood...wtf

uhm well bentley manual doesn't cover it, so the next best thing is ask u guys:

my hood latch doesn't work nemore! therefore, my hood doesn't pop.....this seems like it's going to be an expensive problem to fix considering i can't even get into the engine bay.

If the problem doesn't conceive in the engine bay, maybe it's just the latch itself? any suggestions??

and to kill two birds with one stone, i have trouble removing my rear bumpers shocks for preparation for my euro bumpers. The bolts are moving freely, but the damn bumper shocks are still stuck into the damn socket. I even pb blastered those things to hell in the underside. suggestions?

With the hood, there is a slot on the driver's side headlight grill, where a flatt ehad screw driver can be stuck threw, and turned poping open the hood.
With the rear bumper there are 2 13mm bolts you missed that go into the side of the shock threw the frame rail

i believe i took care of those bolts....i took out 2 13 mm bolts already from the underbody of the car (which are the two bolts that are on the flange).

and can u be a lil more specific about opening the hood please?

The latch for the hood is to the left of the driver's side high beam. You'll see 3 bolts, they hold the latch on. Above them is a slot, stick a flathead screwdriver in there and push and it'll pop the latch and your hood will open.
