    1989 BMW 325i 7.5 15.5
    1990 BMW 325i 7.8 16.0
    = stock, 15 year old car is probably a bit slower.....

      from the sound of it, these chips are quite a bit better than the JC chips, which i have in my car now. i might need to upgrade soon!

        This new chip really does require 93 octane so don't try to use it with 91. It won't work and could cause problems for your motor when it pings.

            Mark, I don't think that will be much of a problem for him; it's tough to find anything below 93 in our neck of NC.

                              I was debating on either getting a 93 chip, or a 91, incase i couldn't get 93 octane for some reason. Then i realised i only use 93, and the next lowest is 89, so it wouldn't matter.. Do you even make the 91 chips anymore or is it all just 93 now?

                                Keep the stock ECU chip in your glovebox, or hell even a whole spare ECU in your trunk or something for emergencies. Stuck with 91 or lower? Pop in the spare ECU/chip.
