how to remove pop out windows

i just need to know how to get the front part off (with the pivot).

Remove the 17mm upper bolt for the seat belt, then remove the clip at the very top of that pillar behind the driver's door, that panel should now pry off, once off you can get to two small bolts holding the pivot in place.

It's really not necessary to remove the panel. Besides, it's pretty easy to break it pulling it off. You don't even have to unbolt the seat belt bracket.
The top nut is behind the clothes hook. The bottom nut is behind a circular plastic plug under the seat belt.
The nuts are 8mm. Don't drop them inside the post or you'll be pulling the side panel to retrieve them.
