    icv problem

after research I have found that my icv needs to be cleaned my problem is that I just got this car and have not really spent any time under the hood and the previous owners messed around with the intake. I think I have found it and it's a pain to get off so I wanted to make sure. It's the connector on the end of the intake across from the throttle correct?
btw the problem is that it will die after a cold start and will not idle but will be fine after a minute or so and idle a little high, around 1000rpm
