Fog light help

Got my new car, and started to drive it at night. I checked all my lights out, but my fogs arent working. THe little green light on the cluster comes on, but fogs dont. Does this sound as simple as the bulbs? Or could there be something more...

check the fuses and relays.

or both bulbs are out,
