E30 fuel issue

Question, My 1989 swapped 325i is running out of fuel with 9-10 gal used. The gauge is showing full to empty fine but the other side of the tank doesn’t seem to be siphoning over. So when it’s empty, there is still fuel on the non pump and sender side. Any suggestions? Thanks!
