How can I test the cluster wiring with motor out of car

Hi all,

I swapped my dash and the motor along with its wiring harness is out of the car. How can I make sure I hooked up the under dash wiring harness correctly? Is there a way to test functionality of the cluster and hvac unit? And can I check for signals at the C101 connector?
