S52 with M50 manifold swap failure to idle

I've got a '84 323i with a S52B30 taken from a 1999 M3 with an M50 manifold swap: I am having trouble with rough idling and dying pretty quickly - almost instantly after starting the car if I don't give it gas.

I had it working the other night but removed one of the vac lines from the front of the fuel rail; but putting everything back to how it was hasn't fixed the issue.

So far I've added a modified M50 silicone line to the manifold and crankcase so no vac leaks, I've cleaned the fuel injectors and ensured there's no serious leaks there. I've also unplugged the MAF sensor line but still cannot idle. Are there any common culprits I should check? I'm a little lost.

    Code-wise I get:
    11 44 4F 3D 08 06 14

I'm not sure why I get injector 1 codes though

most if not all of it is, would even 10% bad fuel cause this? I don't remember what the tank was at before I filled it, but it wouldn't have had much
