If i've deleted my electric fan... can I also delete my radiator temp sensor?

So I removed my stock electric fan a couple years ago because the clutch fan works better with the stock fan shroud and I took out A/C anyway. This piece on my car is broken af and rather than spend like $30 on this and 3 of these, which won't be correct anyway, can I just delete the temp sensor, tuck the wiring under the headlight covers, and put a blank plug in its place? This is the wiring diagram for the elec fan circuit and as far as I can tell the electric fan is the only thing on the car that uses relays K1 and K6. Any issues I might have?

IIRC, the temp sensor is also important for proper function of the ECU.
Without it, the ECU won't know how hot or cold the engine is, and may cause an excessive rich/lean issue.

    ...that's just my educated guess.
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

Stanley, that's what I thought initially, but the blue/brown sensors in the thermostat housing are what send signals to the ecu and temp gauge. Seems somewhat archaic to not have one sensor control everything, but I suppose that's one thing they solved with canbus.

You are correct, the radiator temp sensor is only for the aux fan.
