Low beam check after HID install.

Just installed ddm HID kit and everything works great except i get a low beam check on the check panel. Did anyone have similar issue? I rechecked the install and everything looks to be correct.
I have euro smileys if that helps.

    Thanks in advance.

I just did the same kit in the same lights...no issues. I would check all your connections and look for any bare wires or anything shady.

Check your wiring and connections, I don't have any experience with this brand but from the last post I assume that they have correction resistors in the ballast, but if they don't that's the problem

Maybe since i didn't solder the ground connection yet, i just twisted the wires temporarily. However, i doubt that this could be the issue though since HIDs work ok.

You know, I have this problem as well. I cut the stock plugs off and used the power to trigger relays for my Hellas, but only on the right side. I'm reasonably sure the bulb check is looking for a resistance equal to the headlight filament (or maybe just continuity-a few kOhm?), but does anyone know how to satisfy the computer without just running a resistor on the left side? Course, maybe I'll just take the panel off again and take the bulb out. Not like I wouldn't notice a headlight out, but the CHECK would still flash...

I soldered the ground connections today the light is still on. I just don't understand why no one else had this problem. It's quite annoying to see that light but i guess we're gonna have to deal with it.
How would i find out that the ballast has the proper correction resistor?

Update, if i turn the key on with the park lights on before that, the light doesn't come on even if i turn my headlights on. As soon as i turn my key on with the headlights in auto mode/switch depressed the check low beam comes on.
