No start issue, unresponsive cluster and AC

Hey guys, I recently picked up a 1988 325. I was pulling apart the interior doing a deep clean and found the wires to the shifter light were tampered with and while moving around I think they shorted out because I heard a small click. Now, the AC does not come on and car does not start. Fuse 20 is good , i put a new 30 amp just in case but still nothing.already tried jump starting the car and no luck. Radio, clock, hazards and cluster all still light up. I was able to jump pin 11 to pin 14 and got the car to start with the key turned. While on the cluster is unresponsive unless I have the pins still jumped. Same for the AC system. What should I be looking for or what can be my issue?

How is fuse 10? Looks like that has the neutral safety switch (automatic transmission range switch) which is the area you were playing in.

Thank you so much, that was it. I looked over the fuses and that looked fine when I checked it but at the very corner it turned out to be popped.
