Trying to help my dad fix the 1986 E30s power sunroof, my 1989 is manual, thank god.
i put the sunroof all the way forward and then pushed the button on the motor all the way forward to first click, then installed it. It still wants to go further past the pop up stage, and when you go backwards it stops about 2in before sunroof is all the way back.
is there a better way to line this up or is their somwthing wrong thats allowing it to continue to try and push the sunroof forward and back past their stopping points.
