Red/blue wire

Just put wiring harness in project car and sorting it Out! First question is a red blue wire with black connector that comes off engine harness 4-6 inches from main plug to ecu. Can’t find mate! Exhausted all photos and can’t find anything! Anyone know what it’s for?

Thats the auto trans input to DME pin 42. If your car is a manual nothing connects to it.
