Grinding noise when turning at speed?

Thought this was a power steering issue at first so did a fluid flush but issue persists.. noise seems to be primarily when turning left at speeds of 10+ mph. No noise when car is stationary and turning steering wheel lock to lock.

Is wheel bearing the most likely cause here?. Short video clip with the sound below.

Check for a broken coil spring.
check for a loose inner fender liner.
Jack up the engine and look for a separated engine mount.
