Problem With Rear Door Lock and Window

So currently I'm having problems with my drivers side rear door. The door in question does not lock or unlock with all of the other locks, only manually, and the window does not go down with either the console switch or door switch. The door switch does light up like the other switches, and I tried testing by replacing with known working switches, but the window still did not work. I also pulled the door cards and watched the lock actuator while I locked the other doors. The actuator moved the tiniest bit, but was not enough to lock or unlock the door. All other doors work fine. Any suggestions? I know there is problems with wiring, but confused by the lock actuator making noise and moving a tiny bit.

Try checking where the wires go through the door to B pillar, sometime wires got pinched.

I used some WD-40 on all the moving bits of the door lock on my car and it fixed it instantly. It might just be old and not have the full range of motion needed. As for the window just take the motor out and look inside, it might be burnt out and need to be replaced, or the housing might just need to be cleaned.
