Plan on retiring here for a few years after the military so it would get done in the next three years as far as shipping, didn't ship a vehicle here so I'm good to go.

Both sort of. Retiring in 2014 and we are currently looking to buy property. The search is on for a DOD job though. Then when we leave just rent out the property, should be an excellent source of income.
