Average price on rolling chassis?

Just trying to gather information. What should i expect to pay for a clean titled e30m3 chassis with little to no rust? Also what are the chances of finding a clean titled roller vs finding a "Fair" deal on a complete car.

5-7k with suspension

There was one here not to long ago. Complete, only missing the s14 for 7 or 8k I don't remember.

thats good to hear, i just bought a e30 m3 for that price..lol it has some minor issues but seems i got a really good deal

minor issues;
new glass
new interior
just bought a new thermostat
needs paint but its not that bad
wheels need refinished
....most of its cosmetic
