BBS Style 29's would be a somewhat similar option that would look really good imo. The Style 29's somehow look bigger than the RX's to me but they are both a 16". Just my

Yes but they are only 7 inches. I looked at them for a bit and decided to pass.

Don't know if I like these. Seem a little out of place on the M3. Prefer the Hartges to these, although on a white car RS are best.

I have these as well. So the BBS would go well on the Zinno and I could run my RS on the white one.

I'm no different than the rest of the wheel wenches around here. I just need my own mounting and balancing machines then I'd just play swap weekly.

I keep looking. MK's are cool but they are so traditionally heavy cast like most German wheels. I have like them for some time just because they are not common. Might need a nice clean E28 for those. How is the E28 supply doing over there these days? Dried up correct?

I know that almost every e30 I looked at was a 320i because of the tax reasons for the under 2.0L issues. I hated the 2.0L six as it's such a dog and it's MPG rating is less than a good 2.5L.

Not really, the e28 chassis is doing ok, especially the tuner cars population. I've had the chance to pick up a couple Alpina or Hartge models, just with the 2 car limit, haven't been able to purchase any of them.

Same with the e30 chassis, plenty of 325i and tuner cars around if you know where to look or have the connections.

Let me know if you are looking for any specific M3 wheels

You have the two car limit still even as Navy? Thought you guys were exempt from that Bullshit? Hell when I was there Navy didn't even have to abide by the 73 and older rule that Army and USAF has imposed on them. I had to leave two cars in the states when I went to Misawa in 92. I did go out an get a 72 VW Bus just to get around that rule, granted I shoved a 2.7L six in it for motivation.

Yes, Navy has a two car rule. Have had to pass on so many cool cars/deals its crazy. Right now trying to find either a project M3 or a tuner e30.

Live off base and don't have to worry about registration until car is done and I'm ready to head back to the US. Will probably sell one or two cars and get another one at some point.
