stock wing re-install help

I took the wing off to get it repainted and I'm trying to figure out what kind of seal, adheasive or whatever is needed between the trunk lid and wing.

None, just sits on and is tightened to the trunk lid

My car was repainted by the previous owner and they had put like gasket sealer or something in between.
