I really need the upper oil pan if anyone has one laying around in good condition.

IIRC the upper pan from an E30 m10 engine can be used. You just need to tap the catch can drain into the top of it. It looks the same otherwise. I used to run the stock upper with the S14 lower on my m10 years ago. I'll look around for it.
