little more than that and i think i will go with

318ti trailing arms do you know if this direct bolt on --any modyfications?

You got a very decent deal, but in the long run will end up spending a lot more than you anticipated, if you haven't done your research. Judging by your second post, you haven't done your research in this section/forum.
