E30 5-lug conversion = what wheel offset?

what ends up being the total cost with e30 m3 vs the e36 setup? I only ask because there is a set of 310mm ireland engineering brake kits for sale, with the pbr aluminum floating calipers, and I've heard good things about that setup. I was thinking of going 5 lug, but wondering if it's more worth it to get these brakes or hold out for e30/e36 stuff, weighing on cost.
