    e36 5 lug question

ok so i have an 1995 e36 325i parts car sitting my garage and was wondering if the entire suspension is swappable on the e30?

only reason why im asking is because people have said to use 318ti or m3 for the rears. and i just want to know if the entire suspension on my e36 will fit so i dont have to source m3 or 318ti parts thanks in advanced.

in fact basically none of it is useful. You can use the front struts but the spring perch is massive and won't fit nice with your e30 diameter springs. You could cut off the spring perch and install a coilover sleeve but if they're stock e36 struts really not worth the trouble.

If the spring perch for the e36 struts are too massive, how do people use the e36 m3 struts and spindles for this conversion? I would assume that the e36 M and non-M strut spring perches are similar since people put on e36 M3 springs on e36 non-Ms all the time. any more insight on this matter?

so e36 M and non-M struts are different in the spring perches?
