5 lugs question ???

hey guys i am new to the form and new to E30. I been reading and i see people talking about 5 lug wheels . what year did they go from 4 to 5 and what is the benefits of a 5 lug over 4 . thanks for the help

They never made a 5 lug e30, to do it you need to take partas from an e36 or e30 m3, look at my post about my 5 build

Yes they did it's called an E30 M3 it's a 5 lug e30. Yes it's semantics but it's an e30.

The real reason is bigger brakes. Some people do it based on wheel selection alone.
