Need some help on 5-Lug swap

OK so im about to pull the trigger and go ahead and buy (I6) z3 hubs, but the question is i've read posts all over the internet and its kinda of confusing but before i buy it i want to know for sure if you can press it into a e30 axles thanks

e30 axles too short. Not sure about the hubs/bearings into e30. I think there's two different e30 bearing sizes and the later ones might do it. don't quote me.

z3 hubs are wider, you wheels will stick out like 2" unless you have some ridiculous positive offset rims. you'll need the z3 axles if mind serves me right.
