95 m3 and e30

So i just bought a 93 325i Vert as well as a 95 m3 salvage which i plan on using for parts. I plan on doing the s50 swap,tranny, differential and whatever else i can. Now my question is can i use any of the parts for the 5 lug swap? i have been doing some research and most of the time the parts being used are from 96 or 97 m3s as well as different parts. I will post pics of both later on. Also i need to ship the car from CA to TX and was wondering if you guys knew of a cheap car shipping company. Thanks
