Hubs

Why doesn't anyone just make new hubs that fit e30 spindles and are 5 lug on the flanges?

Because it never just stops at hubs. You'd also need at least to have the stock rotors redrilled, and that doesn't make much sense, since almost everyone wants to use stock BMW parts for brakes, or some other of the shelf item, where you don't need something custom everytime your brakes are worn out.
