Have to wait replacement nut another couple weeks, though
Also, I made my own design nut on shop.. because time is money

As you can see, the thread didnt made well..
Too big for the minor diameter

    Rear bracket finished from shop

I am not sure but they look sturdy enough for me.

I would like to see how the z4 hubs work out.

sorry, I have no idea yet...
need to customs 2pcs rear rotor, IMO
I dont have z3 trailing arm here, so I cant help you..
big different rotor height is the problem
    z3 is 76mm
    330i is 60mm
huge gap.. need more narrower offset 16mm
if you need the e brake work properly..
consider to looking hub with narrower offset

Is your friend using 17" or 18" wheels 348x30mm?
He is using 17" weds tc05
Pretty cheap, is $150 for both front and rear calipers and rotors?
I bought e46 325i front calipers and rear calipers + rotors for $330 from wrecking car..
If you are interesting to use 348x30mm rotor, need to consider rotor weight..
    25 lb each rotor

My rear setup will be maximum use e46 330i..
But in my place, 330i caliper quite expensive and rare..

My friend, build BBK from e92 335i brake for both front and rear anyway
    348x30mm front and 336x22mm rear
