    5 Lug Convertion Help!!

So i recently bought some 5x120 wheels et11 bbs rs and a set of 18m spacers but the wheels stick too far out ,so i have 2 options (Redrill) or (5 lug swap)

all ready quoted out the redrill $650
not sure how much is to do the swap but my concern is the offset ,
what kind of change should i expect on the front end offset if I decide to go with an e36 5 lug swap( im looking for a flush look

    please help

You can redrill the wheels, but for structural integrity and resale value later, keeping them 5 lug may be a better idea.

If you buy e36 5 lug parts, I'd say you're looking anywhere between 1000-2500 bucks in parts because you'll need:

    -e36 m3 spindles
    -e36 m3 1996-1999 control arms
    -z3 or 318ti trailing arms
    -e36 front strut assemblies
    -offset control arm bushings
    -rotors/pads at all 4 corners

Your other option for the front end is to do the e36 hub sleeve conversion. I have seen and driven on this setup and thought it was a rather nice piece of kit. See this link: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=306268

For sake of flush fitting wheels, both these setups will allow for that, as it's very similar to low offset wheels on an e36 (which use high offset wheels stock).

Fitting wheels shouldn't be your reason to do a 5 lug conversion. Also, no E36-based 5 lug swap will ever EVER work with ET11 wheels.

If you did a redrill you could probably get away with running the wheels (with no spacers) with a 205/45 tire and fender rolling.

Nothing wrong with a solid fill and drill. The hard part is finding someone who will do it properly.
