Ok I am putting together all the info I can come up with on 5 lug swap kits. I run an auto parts store so I have many resources for parts. I am working with some people on the adapter style setups and I am figureing that this would be the cheapest option to go with. First it lets you retain all of your original suspension items and allows you to run larger brakes. i am going to try to market these as a complete kit and I think I can be around $1600ish. That would include all the caliper brakets and hub adapters as well as rebuilt calipers, pads, pad sensors, rotors, rear wheel bearings, all parking brake components, Z4 rear hubs to install in e30 trailing arms, and front wheel hubs. basically everything you would need to do a complete brake overhaul plus 5 lug swap plus big brakes. I know people out there make this set up but no one seems to sell a complete package. 2 options would be available either e46 325i, 300mm front and 294mm rear. 16 inch wheels required or 330i, 325mm front and 320mm rear. 17 inch wheels required. since they are almost equal diameter like the stock e30s are brake bias should be ok. So my question is would anyone be interested and would you consider that a fair price?

I know. I am finishing up one project right now and then moving on to that one and getting it set up and tested. Also looking at other caliper options as well. I was thinking about possibly checking out a 2000+ S class mercedes caliper. 4 piston caliper made by brembo and very plentiful ($100-150 a pair on ebay) I still need to look at the rotor diameter on the benz to see if its close to any BMW dimensionsComment
